Tomorrow, it’s time to celebrate! 🎉

This week, I’ve collected the most helpful posts, articles, and videos on LinkedIn for you.

I hope they will be helpful!

Note: I’ll continue to publish this newsletter on a bi-weekly rhythm—meaning every second Saturday!

My LinkedIn Growth Blueprint

Hi,

I’m Haris, the creator and curator of this newsletter.

If you’re interested in learning the strategies and principles I used to grow to 50,000 LinkedIn followers in just 13 months, I’ve created a course to share my approach.

The Business Power of Linkedin

Gal Aga, CEO of Aligned, shared insights from his year-long experience using LinkedIn as a growth tool.

Initially skeptical, he now credits LinkedIn with driving 65% of Aligned’s leads and significant business benefits.

Here’s a breakdown of his experience and advice:

Key results from LinkedIn:

  • 65% of leads generated.

  • Posts attract thousands of applicants and top talent.

  • Thought Leader Ads are 10x more efficient.

  • Strategic narratives are fine-tuned through audience testing.

  • 1-2 podcast invites weekly provide free marketing.

  • Faster pipeline movement and multithreading.

  • Top-profile investors attracted to the company.

  • Improved personal growth and enjoyment.

Fears and myths he overcame:

  1. “This is not for everyone”
If your audience isn’t on LinkedIn, choose another platform. Don’t love writing? Get a coach or assistance.

  2. “How is this a CEO’s job?”
LinkedIn is modern PR. If CEOs can speak at events, they can post on LinkedIn too.

  3. “You must post daily”
Quality beats quantity. Posting 2-3 times weekly with high-value content works better than daily low-effort posts.

  4. “Posts and hooks must be short”
Long-form, detailed posts with deep insights often outperform short, flashy ones.

  5. “You must use video”
Text posts still perform exceptionally well. Use video sparingly if it fits your schedule and adds value.

  6. “You’ll do it in 30 minutes”
Quick drafts are possible, but impactful content takes hours of refinement to resonate deeply.

How To Get Clients With LinkedIn

Jay Feldman explains how to use LinkedIn effectively to land high-ticket clients by focusing on three core strategies: targeted content, thoughtful engagement, and leveraging referrals.

  1. Post meaningful content

    • Publish 2–3 posts weekly addressing specific client problems.

    • Ideal days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.

    • Best time: 9–11 a.m., when decision-makers are active.

    • Structure posts as mini case studies:

      • Start with the client’s pain point.

      • Highlight the solution and key changes.

      • Show the specific results achieved.

  2. Engage before pitching

    • Identify prospects who interact with your content or related topics.

    • Send personalized connection requests mentioning their engagement.

    • Wait 48 hours after connection before following up.

    • Interact with their posts to warm up the relationship.

    • Share tailored resources based on their needs.

  3. Leverage referrals

    • Highlight success stories with specific metrics and transformations.

    • Create appreciation posts tagging successful clients.

    • Use mutual connections for warm intros with similar businesses.

    • Focus on smaller businesses (5–20 employees) actively growing.

Four Traits of Great LinkedIn Posts

Chris Cozzolino analyzed over 50 CXO LinkedIn posts and identified four key elements that drive success:

1. Keep it simple

  • Write like you talk.

  • Use short sentences and natural language.

  • Make it easy to follow and understand.

2. Show clear outcomes

  • Provide specific, actionable steps.

  • Avoid vague advice—give value that people can apply immediately.

  • Actionable posts encourage sharing.

3. Format for skimming

  • Break up text with white space.

  • Make content easy to digest for busy readers.

  • Help people get the key points quickly.

4. Craft strong hooks

  • Use hooks under 10 words.

  • Incorporate numbers and phrases like "How I…"

  • A great hook captures attention instantly.
